Yes, that is my beloved "Charlie," my Ford Explorer being towed away in the snow. My thermostat housing was completely shot, everything was frozen, lines cracked, so I had to have it towed to the auto repair shop. I'm happy to say after not having my car for 3 days, and almost $400 later – "Charlie" is back on the road as of today! 
I am glad you have Charlie back and that you can be warm and not worry! It is always sad when the car leaves, but sadder when the bill is even more expensive than a person would ever imagine!

Oh I empathize. We had one care that sucked up all our money in repairs. It was a dud. I hated that care though. It was good riddance when it came time to sell it. Ever after that we bought only brand new vans.
